1. To control the design according to the contract, project service specifications, decisions taken at meetings or rules in other similar documents.
2. Checking the conformity of the design with the wishes of the Owner, architectural project and other engineering projects
3. To determine the design intent of the design together with the Owner and the Project Owner and to ensure that the design develops in line with this purpose in accordance with certain standards, norms, calculation methods, good engineering rules and generally accepted technical literature.
4. Contributing to the systems and devices chosen by the Project Owner to establish a reliable operation and an adequate level of comfort, if necessary, to make new suggestions
5. Evaluate the systems and devices chosen by the Project Owner in terms of energy saving (heat recovery, flue gas economizer, "free cooling", etc.) and environmental protection, and if necessary, bring new suggestions
6. Checking and evaluating whether the systems and devices selected by the Project Owner are suitable for the primary purpose of the design in terms of initial investment and operating expenses, and to make new suggestions if necessary
